2. Product Information
We provide detailed descriptions and specifications of our saunas. However, we cannot guarantee that all colors and materials displayed on our website will match the actual products due to variations in screen displays or natural materials.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Order Placement: Orders can be placed via our website or by contacting us directly. All orders are subject to availability.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • Pricing: All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. You will be charged the price displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping and Delivery

At NuvanaSpa, we are committed to providing a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience for our customers. Please review our shipping terms below

  • All orders are shipped under the Incoterm DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

    • This means we take full responsibility for delivering your sauna, including all transportation, customs clearance, and payment of applicable duties and taxes.

  • Shipping Locations: We ship saunas within the United States only.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are provided during the purchase process. Delivery typically takes 6-10 weeks, but may vary based on availability and location.

  • Delivery Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and vary based on location and the size of the sauna.

  • Damage in Transit: If your sauna arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. Claims for damage must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address. If re-delivery is required due to missed delivery attempts, additional charges may apply.

  • For specific delivery requirements (e.g., lift-gate service, restricted access, or scheduled delivery times), please let us know during the checkout process or contact us directly.

5. Warranty
Our saunas come with a 2-year limited warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues related to the materials or craftsmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper installation.

6. Installation
NuvanaSpa provides installation guidance, but the actual installation must be carried out by a qualified professional. We are not liable for damages or issues arising from improper installation.

7. Liability
NuvanaSpa is not responsible for any personal injuries, property damage, or other losses resulting from improper use or installation of the sauna. Please follow all safety guidelines provided.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

9. Permits and Local Compliance
NuvanaSpa is not responsible for obtaining any permits, licenses, or ensuring compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, or other regulations that may be required for the installation or use of our saunas. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify and ensure that all local laws, permits, and regulations are adhered to prior to installation. NuvanaSpa shall not be held liable for any fines, penalties, or legal actions resulting from non-compliance with local laws or ordinances.

Return Policy

1. Returns
You may return your sauna within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original packaging and unused. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@nuvanaspa.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your product.

3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the sauna has been inspected and deemed in original condition. A restocking fee of 15% may apply. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.

4. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. After this time, cancellations may not be accepted, or a cancellation fee of up to 10% of the order value may apply.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Customized saunas, special orders, and products that have been used or installed are not eligible for return.

6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your sauna arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, or repair at no cost to you.
